Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, the Space and Science Research Center
(SSRC) is the leading science and engineering research company internationally, that specializes in the analysis
of and planning for climate changes based upon the "Theory of Relational Cycles of Solar Activity," also called
the RC Theory. (See Services).
The SSRC is best recognized for its
Director John Casey who was the first US solar activity researcher
who accurately predicted and publicly announced to the US government and the main stream media the following important
climate change events in advance: 1. The end of global warming.
2. The long term decline
in the Earth's average temperatures,
3. The start of the next
climate change, and
4. The beginning of a dramatic reduction in solar
activity, a "solar hibernation."
5. The potential for a global subsistence crisis because of the
coming cold climate era.
The SSRC maintains active communication
channels with some of the world's best experts in the field of solar physics and climate research pertaining to
the matter of the next climate change. In addition to conducting its own research, routine and often daily contact with some
of the world's most experienced researchers keeps the SSRC abreast of new developments. The SSRC also updates key US government
leaders of the status of climate change activity centered on its area of expertise. All full time members of the
SSRC staff were released on December 15, 2008 and placed in an on-call status. (See press release SSRC 5-2008).
The SSRC possesses the capability to conduct planning and research on
how best to prepare individuals, businesses, and governments at all levels for the next climate change to a period of colder
weather.
Sources of Funding
The SSRC actively solicits research
funding and study contracts from qualified, reputable sources. Because of the mission of SSRC to provide unbiased, objective
research and opinions and in view of the polarized, extremist nature of the current climate change debate, the SSRC presently
does not accept requests from coal, oil and gas, utility companies, or environmental organizations or their intermediaries.
We do accept funding from well intended, open minded individuals and organizations who value the independent position and
capability a science research company like SSRC can provide. As of June 16, 2009, all funding of SSRC research to date has
been provided directly and solely by its Director.

John L. Casey
Director, Space and
Science Research Center
Mr. Casey has accumulated over thirty years of professional experience spanning
a wide variety of technologies, industries, and international endeavors, to include performing important services as a space
policy advisor to the White House, and Congress. He has been a consultant to NASA Headquarters performing space shuttle
and space station analysis. He has led teams conducting commercial spaceport design world wide, as well as performing rocket
launch studies for the Department of Defense. His experience also includes being a former space shuttle engineer, military
missile and computer systems officer, advanced rocketry and commercial space developer. He has an extensive executive
management background in the start-up and financing of high technology companies. He has a BS degree in Physics and Mathematics
and an MA degree in Management. He was also past Chairman of GFSD, an international charity that provided aid to women
and children in Iraq and Afghanistan. You can contact Mr. Casey
directly at mail@spaceandscience.net
His scientific paper, "The Theory of Relational Cycles of Solar Activity" also called the "RC Theory,"
is available at the 'RC Theory" page on this site. As a result of his discovery of the effect of solar cycles on the Earth's climate and in particular
the lack of awareness he has observed in the media, government and among the people, he has begun a vocal and highly
visible effort to alert all to the coming climate change in order that we are prepared for the record cold event and
its global ill-effects associated with this new climate.
